I. How ANTMINERMY Collects and Uses Your Personal Data

A. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly when you use our websites, products, or services, or interact with us (e.g., creating an ANTMINERMY account or contacting support). We also collect data automatically through your interactions, such as via cookies or device software. As permitted by law, we may obtain data from public or third-party sources, like aggregated statistics to enhance our services.

Examples of personal data we may collect include:

  • Name, business name, postal and email addresses, phone number, login credentials (account and password), photos, and certification details.
  • Information you provide in messages, such as support queries or customer service details.
  • Interaction data, like website usage, application downloads, or product sales statistics (non-identifiable data that cannot identify an individual).

Providing personal data is optional, but in some cases, not providing it may prevent us from offering certain products or services.

B. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Account registration and management for ANTMINERMY IDs.
  2. Processing e-commerce orders and after-sales services, including support, re-delivery, order verification with delivery partners, and sending tracking information. Receipt details (e.g., name, address, phone, postal code) support delivery, while purchase lists enable invoicing and parcel transparency.
  3. Delivering, activating, verifying, modifying, or providing technical support for requested products and services.
  4. Sending important notifications.
  5. Personalizing your user experience and content recommendations.
  6. Marketing: Sharing product/service information, invitations to promotions or surveys. You can opt out at any time.
  7. Processing user feedback, including contacting you and maintaining records.
  8. Internal operations: Auditing, data analysis, research, efficiency measurement, market share assessment, and product/service improvements.
  9. Troubleshooting error reports.
  10. Ensuring security for our products, services, users, and customers.
  11. Complying with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting or authority requests).
  12. Other purposes disclosed in specific services or with your consent.

II. How ANTMINERMY Uses Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites, online services, apps, emails, and ads may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to understand user behavior, track site usage, and improve ad effectiveness. We treat data from these technologies as non-personal unless local law deems identifiers like IP addresses as personal data, in which case we handle them accordingly.

A. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a web server. It contains unique identifiers and helps tailor your experience. We use:

  1. Technical cookies: For login and session management to ensure smooth functionality.
  2. Personalization cookies: To remember preferences like language, font size, or shopping cart contents.
  3. Advertising cookies: To track online activities and deliver relevant ads.
  4. Statistical cookies: To analyze single or repeated visits for performance insights.

You can manage or delete cookies via your browser settings (see AboutCookies.org for guidance). Common browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera. Disabling cookies may limit site functionality and require repeated settings adjustments. Some services require cookies to work properly.

B. Web Beacons and Pixel Tags

These are embedded images in websites or emails that track interactions, such as email opens or link clicks. We and third parties use them to analyze usage, personalize content/ads, and improve services (e.g., tracking preferences via email links). You can unsubscribe from tracking emails at any time.

C. Other Local Storage

We and third parties may use technologies like Flash cookies or HTML5 local storage to save activity and preference data on your device. These may not be controllable via standard browser tools. For Flash cookie management, visit Adobe’s guide.

D. Do Not Track

If your browser sends Do Not Track signals, our websites will respect them. Industry standards for handling these signals are still evolving.

III. How ANTMINERMY Shares Your Personal Data

We do not share personal data with third parties except in these cases:

  1. With your consent: Sharing authorized data with specified recipients.
  2. As required by law: For disputes, regulatory compliance, or authority requests.
  3. With affiliates: For legitimate purposes like account verification, limited to necessary data.
  4. With business partners: For joint products/services (e.g., third-party sellers on our platform or content providers), including interest predictions and targeted ads.
  5. With service providers: For support tasks (e.g., email delivery, technical help), bound by strict terms.
  6. For legal reasons: To comply with laws, regulations, or government processes.

For scenarios 3–6, we ensure compliance through NDAs, data processing agreements, and security measures aligned with this Statement.

IV. How ANTMINERMY Protects Your Personal Data

We prioritize data security using industry-standard practices to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Our measures include:

  1. Collecting only necessary data and retaining it no longer than required (or as permitted by law).
  2. Encrypting transmissions and securing servers against attacks.
  3. Implementing access controls, limited personnel, and role-based permissions.
  4. Vetting partners with data protection clauses in contracts and audits.
  5. Training employees on privacy and security.

No system is entirely risk-free. In case of incidents, we have response teams, incident rating standards, and procedures for mitigation, notification, and reporting. If required, we’ll inform you via email, SMS, push, or public notice about the incident, impacts, and remedies. We’ll also report to regulators as needed.

V. How You Can Manage Your Personal Data

A. Your Rights: Access, Rectification, Deletion, Portability, Restriction, and Objection

Applicable laws in certain regions grant you rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data.

How to Submit Requests: Use our designated privacy channels (e.g., online service). Requests are valid regardless of cited laws. Provide identity verification and specific details. We’ll respond free for initial requests; additional ones may incur reasonable fees.

We may deny requests if legally permitted (e.g., for legal obligations).

B. Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw consent or limit data collection without affecting prior lawful processing. Do this via product settings, disabling functions, or privacy options. Specific methods are in product privacy notices or via requests under Section A.

C. Account Deregistration

You can delete your ANTMINERMY ID through settings in related apps, devices, or websites. This stops services and deletes data (unless legally retained). Accounts are non-recoverable; reregister for future use.

VI. How ANTMINERMY Protects Children’s Personal Data

Parents should monitor children’s use of our products/services. We do not knowingly collect data from children or send them promotions. If you believe a child has provided data without consent, contact us to remove it and unsubscribe them.

VII. Links to Third-Party Websites, Products, and Services

Our sites, apps, products, and services may link to or integrate third-party offerings for convenience. We do not control or endorse them, and our policy does not apply. Review third-party privacy policies before sharing data.

VIII. International Transfers of Your Personal Data

To provide global services, we may transfer data across borders using servers in various locations. Transfers comply with applicable laws, including safeguards like encryption and contractual clauses.

For EU/EEA data, we use mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-approved safeguards to ensure equivalent protection.

IX. Updates to This Statement

We may update this Statement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website (https://www.antminermy.com), with notices for material updates (e.g., via email or site alerts). Material changes include:

  1. Shifts in processing purposes, data types, or uses.
